Alex Manrufo
Co-founder & President
Alex brings a background in technology, finance and entrepreneurship, including a successful short-term rental business and a bachelor’s degree earned in the United Kingdom. He leads Dolce Green’s growth with the values the company was built on: higher standards, honesty and superior customer service from the first quote to the finished installation.
Arleen Leon Manrufo
Co-founder & Operations Director
Arleen comes from South Florida’s construction community, where she served as a building department supervisor and permit clerk for the Village of Pinecrest. That experience gives her a sharp eye for structure and design solutions, and she has managed a vacation rental business for seven years. A wife, mother of three and construction enthusiast, she makes sure every Dolce Green project is executed to the highest standards.
