DOLCE GREEN – FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND LIMITED WARRANTY Effective Date: January 10, 2026

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dolce Green website (mydolcegreen.com and related domains), all product information, quotes, estimates, sales, deliveries, installations, and related services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, approving an estimate, placing an order, accepting delivery, or authorizing installation, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms apply to purchases made online, by phone, by email, or in person. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or proceed with any purchase.

2. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Dolce Green website — including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, product photos, videos, designs, and layout — is the property of Dolce Green or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Dolce Green. Unauthorized use of our images, product photos, or branding is strictly prohibited.

3. QUOTE / ESTIMATE VALIDITY All quotes and estimates issued by Dolce Green are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing. After this period, pricing, product availability, and terms are subject to change without notice. Dolce Green reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, measurements, or product descriptions prior to final acceptance of an order.

4. PRODUCT NATURE AND INTENDED USE Dolce Green grass fence is a decorative privacy screening product designed to be installed over existing fences, walls, or structures. It is manufactured from UV-protected PVC grass blades integrated with hot-dip galvanized wire mesh. The product is intended for outdoor privacy and aesthetic enhancement only. It is not a structural fence, security barrier, or load-bearing system and is not intended to replace primary fencing. Any use inconsistent with this intended purpose constitutes misuse and may void all warranties and protections under these Terms.

5. MEASUREMENTS If measurements are provided by the Customer (and not taken directly by Dolce Green), the Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of those measurements. Any additional product, labor, delivery, or costs resulting from incorrect Customer-provided measurements will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and will be billed separately. Unless Dolce Green has expressly agreed in writing that it measured the site, the Customer remains fully responsible for measurement accuracy.

6. SITE REQUIREMENTS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES Prior to delivery or installation, Customer is responsible for ensuring that:

• The installation area is accessible, clear of obstacles, pets, vehicles, furniture, and debris;
• The existing fence, wall, gate, or structure is suitable, stable, safe, and capable of supporting the product;
• All required permits, HOA approvals, landlord approvals, property owner approvals, and governmental approvals have been obtained;
• Utility lines, property lines, hazards, and restrictions are disclosed to Dolce Green;
• An authorized person is available if access, approval, or direction is required.

Dolce Green is not responsible for delays, extra labor, rescheduling, incomplete service, damage, or additional costs caused by the Customer’s failure to prepare the site, obtain approvals, or provide accurate information. Dolce Green is not responsible for pre-existing defects, weak structures, rust, loose posts, unstable fencing, hidden damage, or conditions not disclosed before installation.

7. INSTALLATION BY DOLCE GREEN When installation services are performed by Dolce Green, such services are subject to site suitability. Dolce Green reserves the right to refuse, delay, modify, or stop installation if the site is unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable, structurally unstable, or different from the information previously provided. Installation dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing.

8. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION Customer must inspect all products promptly upon delivery or pickup and report any visible damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items to Dolce Green in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon delivery or pickup.

9. CANCELLATIONS All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). The following notice periods apply:

• Installation requiring custom cutting or modification of materials: at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled installation date.
• Installation where no custom cutting or modification is required: at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled installation date.
• Delivery-only orders: at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled shipment date.

Failure to provide timely written notice may result in the retention of part or all of any deposit paid, and/or the full material cost as set forth in the approved estimate (excluding service or installation fees), at Dolce Green’s sole discretion.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns are accepted only within fifteen (15) days of delivery and only if the product is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original packaging. The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Custom-cut or special-order products;
• Products that have been installed;
• Products that have been used, altered, or modified;
• Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse by the Customer;
• Products affected by site conditions or third-party work after delivery.

Authorized returns require prior written approval from Dolce Green. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Dolce Green error or a confirmed product defect. Original shipping, delivery, and installation fees are non-refundable. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within ten (10) business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

11. LIMITED WARRANTY Dolce Green warrants that its grass fence products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use conditions for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase when purchased and installed by Dolce Green, or as otherwise stated in writing. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal outdoor use.

What is not covered: Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modification; accidental damage caused by external forces such as extreme weather events or vandalism; delivery, shipping, installation, or labor costs; damage or deterioration resulting from improper handling (including pulling or detaching artificial grass fibers, continuous friction, or repeated contact causing wear); products subjected to abnormal stress, negligence, or improper maintenance; normal wear and tear; gradual fading due to exposure; and extreme weather events.

To submit a warranty claim, Customer must provide proof of purchase and a written description of the issue. Dolce Green reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any repair, replacement, partial credit, or other remedy.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOLCE GREEN’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL DOLCE GREEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. INDEMNIFICATION Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dolce Green and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) improper installation or misuse of the product; (b) failure to obtain required permits or approvals; (c) inaccurate measurements provided by Customer; (d) site conditions or existing structures; or (e) any third-party claims related to Customer’s use of the product.

14. FORCE MAJEURE Dolce Green shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather events, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or carrier delays.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

16. MISCELLANEOUS If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Dolce Green may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of the Customer’s order shall apply to that order.

By approving a Dolce Green estimate, placing an order, or using our website, Customer acknowledges that Customer has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Limited Warranty.
