Grass Fence Rolls for HOA Communities
Instant, uniform privacy for HOA and condo communities. Lush grass fence rolls install over existing chain-link, wood, aluminum or block walls along perimeters, pools and common areas, with no hedges to water or trim.
HOA & Condo Associations
Privacy residents notice, without the upkeep of a living hedge
See-through perimeter fences leave backyards, pool decks and clubhouse areas exposed to busy roads, parking lots and neighboring properties. Dolce Green turns those fences into a consistent green privacy wall in days, so the community looks finished and residents get the privacy they keep asking the board for.
One consistent look across the community
Every section uses the same dense, natural-looking foliage, so long perimeter runs, gates and amenity fences match from end to end, instead of hedges that fill in unevenly or die back in patches.
Instant privacy for residents
Blocks the view through chain-link, aluminum and picket fences the day it is installed, screening pools, playgrounds, dumpster enclosures and back-of-house areas from roads and neighbors.
Built for South Florida weather
UV-protected blades on a galvanized steel wire core stand up to intense sun, humidity and salt air. The material is flame-resistant and drains right away after summer storms.
No irrigation, trimming or replanting
Takes watering, fertilizing and hedge trimming out of the landscaping budget, with no dead patches to replant after a dry season.
